After finishing production, we will get some samples from each batch number. We conduct tests for bulk density, sieve analysis, chemical composition, moisture absorption, moisture content, and particle distribution. For some special customers who need us to conduct fire testing after they receive the goods, we also arrange fire testing according to their requirements.
ABC DRY CHEMICAL POWDER
ABC Dry chemical powder based on Mono Ammonium Phosphate. It is the most popular and user-friendly extinguishing medium for Class A, B and C fires.
BC DRY CHEMICAL POWDER
BC dry chemical powder based on Sodium Bicarbonate. It is important fire fighting agent as it's stable, free flowing and easy to handle and user-friendly extinguishing medium for Class B and C fires.
CLASS D ( SODIUM CHLORIDE) DRY POWDER
CLASS-D dry powder is a metal salts based dry powder specially formulated for metal fires. It is treated with speciality chemicals to impart free flow and water repellency.
Transportation Conditions
– It should be transported in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent moisture absorption and caking.
– Avoid exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight during transportation to prevent the performance of the agent from being affected.
– When loading and unloading, it should be handled with care to prevent damage to the packaging and leakage of the agent.
– It should be transported separately from flammable, explosive, and corrosive substances to ensure transportation safety.
